GKCV track will be CLOSED to all members from 6pm Wednesday 14th Sept till 6pm Saturday 17th Sept 2022.

Re-opens for practise – Sunday 18th September 2022 at 8.00am.

Last weekend to practice / compete before 2022 SP Tools Australia Kart Championship Round 1 at GKCV on 25-27 February 2022.

GKCV Social karting Sat 23rd and Sun 24th Oct 2021

GKCV Track will be re-open this coming Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th October 2021 for Social Karting Sessions – 8.30am – 5pm

The Victorian State Government has now released the details of the new rules for Social Karting Sessions to recommence at GKCV until further notice – DOWNLOAD

Organised Social Karting Sessions will be held under the National Competition Rules of Karting Australia, Organised Social Karting Sessions (Appendix 1), and in accordance with all Government Orders in force and effect at the date of the Activity.

The below MUST be completed by everyone attending the track

All attendees aged 16 years or older are required to be fully vaccinated to attend the GKCV facility. Please bring a copy of certificate or confirmation for checking at gate.

Please keep a copy of the confirmation emails from the forms in your trailer or car to be able to show an official if asked whilst at the track

Please ensure that Karting Australia Licences and Victorian Club Memberships are current and have not expired.

For all members that have completed their Grade 4 Officials Course and have an activated gate fob – these will not be activated at this stage – please await further advice in the coming weeks

Social Karting Sunday June 13

GKCV Track will be open Sunday 13th June 2021 for Social Karting Sessions –11.30am - 5.00pm

The Victorian State Government has now released the details of the new rules for Social Karting Sessions to recommence at GKCV until further notice -

  • Maximum of 100 people at the venue in attendance
  • Maximum of 10 people per group
  • Only those directly involved in the activity are permitted to be attendance – No Spectators and
  • All attendees must reside within 25km of the venue

For those that have completed their Grade 4 Officials Course and have a activated gate fob – these have been now reactivated and you are free to use the track at your leisure BUT you must reside within 25km of the track

  • All attendees at the track must check-in with the Service Victoria App and QR code
  • Have no more than 1 pit crew
  • Maintain Social distancing including pitting 5m apart from other members
  • Wear a mask at all times
  • Have no more than 10 people on the track at a time – this includes parents standing at flag buffers
  • No spectators allowed
