Just a reminder the October Club Day on the 30th will be run in a Clockwise direction ie up the hill – the track has now been changed and practice is now available in this direction.

Annual General meeting of the Go Kart Club of Victoria will be held in the Clubrooms at Todd Road Port Melbourne on Tuesday 11th October 2016 immediately after the conclusion of the General Club meeting starting at 7.30pm.

The GKCV has proudly won the "event of the year" award for the Australian Karting Championship.

Thank you to everyone who made the event not only possible but the best on the national calendar for 2016!

Just a reminder that the track is now CLOSED for private practice till after the final round of the 2016 Australian Kart Championship at GKCV this coming weekend  23rd – 25th September 2016.

Track will re-open Monday 26th September 2016 at 8am.

As GKCV will not be having a Club Day this coming weekend all members are welcome to compete at the three other City Clubs:

• Eastern Lions
• Oakleigh
• Geelong

Nominations from fully financial members are hereby called for the following vacancies:

• 2 Ordinary Committee persons.

All nominations must be in writing and on the form provided. Nominations for positions will not be accepted unless signed by the nominee and member accepting nomination. – Nomination form attached below.

As works have commenced to make Cook Street a dual lane carriageway in both directions access to the Go Kart Club of Victoria facility will only be available from the new gate in Todd Road Port Melbourne (rear entrance). the entrance in Cook Street will be Closed from Thursday 14th July 2016.

The track will be closed to all members this coming Friday 20th May, 2016.

It has been booked for a private function.

The track will be available for practice from 8am Saturday 21st May, 2016.
