Dual Membership Information
Access to the GKCV race track is with a swipe card (fob) and is maintained by a data base that allows members access based on their membership and license commencement and expiry date.
In order to maintain proper security access for dual members, ie drivers who have membership to another club and GKCV, but whose license is with another club, their fob expiry date will be set to the expiry date of their license, in the first instance, rather than their membership expiry date.
This should not present a problem for accessing the track providing the member advises the Membership Secretary with a faxed photocopy to, phone/fax 9741 8690 , when they have renewed their license. Once the Membership Secretary has received the fax, arrangements will be made for the data base to be updated so that the member has continued access until the expiry date of their membership – it not necessary to issue a new gate fob.
The following outlets are available to process your membership and license requirements. Please ensure you contact the proprietors beforehand to make arrangements. |
